Johnson Adjusting & Mediation Services (JAMS, LLC) is a mediation and dispute resolution firm. Our mediation service assists parties to negotiate and potentially come to an agreement to settle disputes. JAMS, LLC promotes mediation and alternative dispute resolution options in lieu of judicial and other legal proceedings. Mediation and alternative dispute resolutions help save time and money for all involved parties in lieu of litigation.
In addition our mediation services, we also provide property damage appraisals, settlement negotiation, and assistance to resolve property damage claims and disputes. The firm assists insurance carriers, contractors, community residents, property owners and law firms specializing in property damage to resolve their disputes. JAMS, LLC investigates, scopes, and valuates residential and commercial property damage claims caused by extreme weather conditions and all other property damage perils. JAMS, LLC works to resolve property damage disputes by providing fair claim and appraisal adjustments.
